No purchase, payment, or financial transaction is required to enter or win. VIPofNothing covers all shipping and packaging costs worldwide to locations where sweepstakes and giveaways are legally shippable.

Giveaways are open worldwide to viewers of all ages where permitted by local law. Participants under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to enter and provide shipping information. Entrants must provide accurate shipping details; VIPofNothing is not responsible for mail lost or misdirected because incorrect information was supplied.

• Collector’s Corner: Submit the official entry form shared in live YouTube chat during the weekly broadcast.
• PC or Pass LIVE: Entry is reserved for members of The Binder Collectors Discord through the registration link provided in the community.
• The VIP List: Earn entries through $1 tips, official T-shirt purchases, or free 400-PokePoint redemptions. A live drawing is scheduled when the list reaches 100 entries.
• Giveback Wheel: Daily Short drawings feature duplicate cards or cards passed during live events for eligible Discord members and past Pass participants.

Registering a mailing address is optional and lets VIPofNothing automatically package and ship prizes whenever a registered participant is drawn. Registration grants permission to use the supplied information for this fulfillment purpose.

Winners who have not registered for automatic shipping will be emailed and have 30 days from the initial notification to provide valid shipping information. Unclaimed prizes may return to the prize pool, move to the Giveback Wheel, or support the Mini Pack Donation Project.

• PC: The physical cards are mailed directly to the winner at no cost.
• Pass: Cards are repackaged for local schools and Little Free Libraries. The participant receives 500 PokePoints and an entry on the Giveback Wheel.

All giveaways are conducted independently by VIPofNothing. YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Discord do not sponsor, endorse, administer, or accept liability for these giveaways. Entries must comply with the applicable platforms’ community guidelines and terms.

Names, usernames, Discord handles, email addresses, and mailing addresses are used only for prize verification, communication, and shipping fulfillment. VIPofNothing will not sell, rent, trade, or share this information with third parties or use it for promotional sales messages.

VIPofNothing may disqualify entries or users suspected of abusing the giveaway system, using automated scripts or bots, creating fraudulent accounts, or violating the channel’s family-friendly, community-first spirit.
